Credit simulator
The credit simulator and pre-approval request provide indicative estimates based on the data you enter. The results are not a lending offer and bind no bank. Actual financing terms are set solely by the bank, after reviewing your application.
Appointments and viewings
Booking a viewing through a form on the site is a request, not a contract. We confirm availability by email or phone. We reserve the right to reschedule a viewing for objective reasons.
