Who we are

Filco Residence is an independent builder from Iași, Romania. This site presents our work and lets visitors get in touch about a viewing or an offer.

What we collect

• The data you send via the contact form: name, email, phone, interest and message.
• Anonymous usage data through Plausible Analytics (pages visited, device type, referrer) — no cookies, no personal identification.
• Anonymised visit data: a masked IP address (e.g. 81.23.45.x), approximate country/city and the page visited — used for internal statistics and spam protection. It cannot identify you.

Why we use it

We only use form data to reply to your request and send information about homes. We never sell or share it for third-party marketing. We keep it for as long as our conversation is active and at most 12 months after.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from any communication, by writing to stefania_s90@yahoo.com. We respond within 30 days, per GDPR.

Automated processing (anti-spam)

To filter spam and scam attempts, messages sent via the contact form may be analysed automatically by an AI service (DeepSeek). The result is only an internal label, to help us prioritise genuine messages — we make no automated decisions that legally affect you.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies needed for the site to work (language preference, cookie consent). For analytics we use Plausible, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
